In most cases, we can get you a very competitive rate for either a fixed-rate or adjustable rate mortgage just by looking at the investment potential of the property. When it comes to investment properties, what counts is the projected rental income from the property, and that it is enough to cover the mortgage payments, property taxes, insurance and HOA dues (when applicable).
Our lenders do consider your personal credit score. For this particular program, you should have a credit score of 620 or better.
