California Pledged Asset Loan Program
The California Pledged Asset Loan Program allows for Jumbo Loan financing with a minimum of 10% down in cash. The difference in your down payment can be a pledged asset!
The minimum down for this program is 30%, but you can put as little as 10% down in cash and the remaining 20% can be a pledged asset.

* Pledged property must be owned free and clear and of similar value to the property being purchased.

1:1 towards your pledge
Stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc.
2:1 towards your pledge
Any person can pledge assets on behalf of the borrower.
Pledged accounts may be considered for release after 36 months at investors sole discretion.
This program is available on selected portfolio loan programs for primary, second homes, or investment properties.
Available for expanded property types:
- Unlimited acreage
- Hobby farms including orchards and vineyards
- Condo projects are not required to meet Freddie/Fannie guidelines
- High rise condos
- High-end loft units
- Luxury Condotels / 50% LTV; must have fully functional kitchen
